Spring Clean Up
Program 2007
The City of Columbus
Spring Clean Up Program will be
from March 19th through March 30th. The following
schedule will be followed.

Please have all
items at the curb on designated days as City Crews will not come back to pick up
items.
Please leave all
items at the curb side or in alley, separated from your regular garbage.
The following
items will not be taken:
- Hazardous materials
- Machine shop chips, metal cutouts
- Rocks, dirt, gravel or sand
- Sandblast waste
- Regular garbage
- Items with Freon or any other type of refrigerant
- Tires on wheels
- Paint cans or caulking tubes
- Computer equipment or televisions
- Barrels
The following
items will be picked up under certain conditions:
- Tires removed from wheels and separated from the rest
of the pick up items
- Batteries if separated from the rest of the pick up
items
- Tree limbs under 4 Ft in length
Keep all items
separated: Wood, Furniture, Tires, Brush, etc. If not separated, items will not
be picked up
The City will
not pickup any Metal items as these will be left for the “Central School
Ambassadors Metal Pickup Project” on March 31st
